PROFILE
My name is Roberto Deman, and I’m a consultant specializing in nonprofit governance and organization development. I draw on more than two decades of international experience, having worked with boards and executive teams across Africa, Europe, and Latin America.
My work focuses on establishing and strengthening governance structures to enable successful delivery and lasting impact. I hold a doctoral degree in social psychology and an MBA in Change Management. I’m passionate about helping purpose-driven organizations evolve resilient structures and effective leadership.
Originally from Guatemala, I studied in Austria and have worked extensively in Europe and South America. Now based in Austria, I support projects and workshops — in English, Spanish, and German — both remotely and on-site throughout Europe and Latin America.
